By using EcoSpins services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Definitions

For the purpose of these Terms: 

  • Order: your request for EcoSpins services submitted via our app, website, or other platforms.

  • Item: any garment or article collected from you in connection with an Order.

  • Services: personal laundry, dry cleaning, and related services collected from and delivered to your nominated address.

 

Free Islandwide Delivery Fee  

EcoSpins provides free islandwide delivery for all orders of $40 and above.

 

Delivery Fee 

A delivery fee of $20 will apply for orders below $40. Deliveries to Sentosa will also incur an additional delivery fee of $20, regardless of order size. Missed or rescheduled deliveries may incur additional fees. All fees will be displayed clearly on the booking page.

Cancellation & Rescheudling

Orders may be cancelled at any time before the scheduled collection by contacting cs@ecospins.com. Please note the following: 

1. Once collection has begun, cancellation rights are limited.
2. Requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled collection or delivery time. Rescheduling within 24 hours of collection may incur additional fees, subject to availability.
3. EcoSpins reserves the right to cancel Orders in cases of events outside our control (e.g., extreme weather, operational disruptions) or if Items are unavailable, incorrectly labelled, or unsafe to process.


Redelivery / Missed Delivery Fee

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, a redelivery fee of $10 will apply for each subsequent attempt after the first failed delivery. Customers are encouraged to provide accurate contact & delivery details. 

 

Customer Responsibilities 

Customers should remove all loose items such as jewellery, watches, cash, belts, buttons, and items in pockets prior to handing over laundry. EcoSpins is not responsible for damage caused by items left in pockets or attached to garments. Customers must provide correct contact information and delivery addresses. Customers must declare high-value items prior to collection if the depreciated value exceeds $150 or ten times the cleaning cost.

 

Loyalty points & rebates

Customers may earn 5% Loyalty Points on all laundry spending (excluding any applicable delivery fee). Once the Loyalty Point reaches 1 points (i.e.: $1) or more, they can be converted to cash and be used to offset your next laundry order.

 

Non-payment

Orders that have not been paid for within 30 days of the completion date will be considered as abandoned and all laundry will be donated to charity.

 

Unclaimed items

All unclaimed items (whether paid or unpaid) will be considered as abandon items will be donated to charity after 30 days of the completion date.

 

Damaged items

Any damaged or lost Items must be reported via email to cs@ecospins.com within 48 hours of delivery. Liability is limited to ten (10) times the cleaning cost of the Item or $150 per order, whichever is lower. Compensation will not cover sentimental value, brand, or additional costs such as shipping or alterations.

High value items & liability

Items with significant value must be declared before collection. Additional charges may apply for servicing these Items. 

EcoSpins’ liability for any item is limited to a maximum of ten (10) times the cleaning charge per item or $150 per order, whichever is lower. If you believe the depreciated value of an item exceeds this limit, you must declare its value prior to cleaning. In such cases, the cleaning charge will be 10% of the declared value.

Failure to declare a high-value item will result in the default liability cap of 10× the cleaning cost or a maximum of $150 per order, whichever is lower.

 

Loose items

EcoSpins is not responsible for loose or hazardous items left on or in garments, including pins, belts, laces, hoods, and accessories. Customers must remove these prior to our collection.

 

Total removal of stains

EcoSpins will make reasonable efforts to remove stains; however, total removal is not guaranteed.

 

Turnaround time

We understand you have a busy schedule, and you need back the clothes immediately. We work hard to have a fast turnaround, but we always put quality above expediency. Some garments may need a little more time (e.g. to remove a stubborn stain) and may hold up the rest of the order. Our average turnaround time is 4-5 business days (normal) and 2-3 business days (express), both excluding the day of the collection. However, we do not guarantee turnaround times and assume no responsibility for any damages that may occur due to a delay in service.


Cancellation & Rescheduling

Customers may cancel or reschedule pickups up to 24 hours before the scheduled collection time. Requests made within 24 hours of the collection may be subject to a fee or may not be accommodated depending on operational constraints.

Intellectual Property/ Content Use

All content, branding, and materials provided by EcoSpins are protected under intellectual property law. Customers may not use, reproduce, or distribute EcoSpins’ content without prior written consent.

Our Environmental Commitment 

While we strive to minimize environmental impact, EcoSpins does not guarantee absolute environmental impact.

Governing terms

Our Terms and Conditions are available on both our app and website. In the event of any discrepancies, the version published on our website shall be deemed the most accurate and up-to-date. These Terms are governed by Singapore law.
